You will be the friendly face of the building, handling enquiries, check-ins, viewings and day-to-day operations to ensure an excellent resident experience.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, teamwork and proactive problem-solving in a busy property environment, with opportunities to support events and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service, hospitality, retail or residential environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, organised and able to work in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly face-to-face customer service to residents and visitors.
• Support the full resident journey including check-ins, viewings and day-to-day resident support.
• Deliver property viewings and support bookings to drive occupancy.
• Support resident engagement activities to create a welcoming community.
• Respond to maintenance issues and raise requests for resolution.
