Unite Group is seeking an Operations Assistant for Unite Students in Bath to welcome residents and support day-to-day operations. You will provide friendly, face-to-face service, conduct check-ins and viewings, coordinate maintenance, and help deliver a safe, vibrant student community.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service, hospitality, retail or residential environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, organised and able to work in a busy environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team player.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, face-to-face customer service to residents and visitors, responding to enquiries and resolving issues
• Support the full resident journey, including check-ins, check-outs and day-to-day resident support
• Deliver property viewings and support bookings, helping drive occupancy and retention
• Support resident engagement activities, helping create a welcoming and vibrant community
• Respond to maintenance issues, making safe where required and raising requests for resolution
• Carry out building checks and support safety procedures, ensuring the property remains safe and compliant
• Support emergency response procedures when required
• Maintain high property standards, ensuring communal areas are clean, safe and well presented
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Record enquiries, cases and operational issues accurately within internal systems
