Unite Group in London is seeking a Student Experience Team Member to welcome residents and visitors, respond to enquiries and support day-to-day operations. You will help ensure a safe, engaging and well-presented living environment within Unite Students properties.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, face-to-face customer service to residents and visitors, responding to enquiries and resolving issues
• Support the full resident journey, including check-ins, check-outs and day-to-day resident support
• Deliver property viewings and support bookings, helping drive occupancy and retention
• Support resident engagement activities, helping create a welcoming and vibrant community
• Respond to maintenance issues, making safe where required and raising requests for resolution
• Carry out building checks and support safety procedures, ensuring the property remains safe and compliant
• Support emergency response procedures when required
• Maintain high property standards, ensuring communal areas are clean, safe and well presented
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
