Job summary

Unite Group in the United Kingdom is hiring a Student Experience Team Member to welcome residents and visitors and support day-to-day operations across the building.

You'll handle enquiries, organise check-ins and viewings, and help build a friendly, safe student community while delivering excellent customer service in a busy residential environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service, hospitality, retail or residential environment.
• Proven ability to deliver great customer experiences.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work in a busy and varied environment.
• Confident in handling enquiries, complaints and resident requests.
• Enjoy working in a team and supporting colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, face-to-face customer service to residents and visitors, responding to enquiries and resolving issues
• Support the full resident journey, including check-ins, check-outs and day-to-day resident support
• Deliver property viewings and support bookings, helping drive occupancy and retention
• Support resident engagement activities, helping create a welcoming and vibrant community
• Record enquiries, cases and operational issues accurately within internal systems
