Greystar Europe Chapter in London is seeking a Customer Service Associate to manage day-to-day property operations and tenant relations. You will support marketing, building maintenance, and tenancy administration while delivering an exceptional resident experience to achieve occupancy and retention goals.

The role requires strong customer service skills, fluency in English, and the ability to work in a team with flexibility for events and on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service experience in a front-of-house role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Fluent English verbal and written communication.

Responsabilités

• Works as part of a team to deliver exceptional resident living.
• Supports the creation of a positive resident experience.
• Delivers front of house service and handles queries and complaints.
• Maintains relationships with University clients and local info resources.
• Completes administrative tasks and logs maintenance requests.
• Supports marketing activities and tenancy administration.
• Carries out sales and leasing activities including viewings and follow-ups.
• Participates in on-call roster for out-of-hours support.
