Qualifications

• Customer service experience in hospitality or retail is preferred.
• Be warm, caring and approachable with strong communication.
• Good time management and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide a friendly front of house reception and build rapport with students.
• Respond quickly to student feedback and guide to the right support.
• Support sales through viewings, enquiries and university/housing events.
• Help deliver community-building events with Resident Ambassadors.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment that students can be proud to call home.
• Work with day and night teams to ensure smooth service and handovers.
• Support wellbeing or welfare matters and take action when needed.
• Be a brand ambassador by living CARE: Connect, Act, Respect, Encourage.
