Job summary

Unite Group, operating Hello Student, seeks a Student Experience Team Member to welcome students, resolve issues, organise vibrant community events, and drive bookings. You’ll work with a friendly team across reception, facilities and ambassadors to create a home-like, safe environment for residents.

We offer a permanent role, 37.5 hours weekly, 7am–10pm shifts, with weekend rota. A bonus and benefits package accompany a competitive salary, reflecting your customer service experience in

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills, ideally with hospitality or retail background
• Warm, caring and approachable, confident in communicating with students

Responsibilities

• Front of house reception and building rapport with students
• Respond to student feedback and guide to support
• Support sales through viewings and inquiries
• Help deliver community events with Resident Ambassadors
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and handovers with day/night teams
• Notice wellbeing concerns and take action to help
