Unite Group is hiring a Student Experience Team Member to welcome students, resolve issues, and drive bookings at Coventry properties. You will work closely with a team to deliver a warm, safe, and inclusive living environment, assisting with events and day-to-day resident experiences.

The role involves coordinating with various teams, supporting wellbeing, and upholding Unite’s CARE values to create a home students are proud of.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly, welcoming service to students or customers.
• Ability to respond to student feedback and guide to support.
• Experience supporting events and community activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide a friendly front of house reception and build rapport with students.
• Respond quickly to feedback and guide students to appropriate support.
• Support sales through viewings, inquiries, and events at university/housing.
• Help deliver community events with Resident Ambassadors.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment for residents.
• Coordinate with day and night teams for seamless service and handovers.
• Assist with wellbeing or welfare concerns and take action when needed.
• Act as a brand ambassador aligned with CARE principles.
