Job summary

Unite Group in Swindon is seeking a Student Experience Team Member to welcome residents, handle reception duties and support community events, with 30 hours per week across four days.

You will work with your Student Experience Team Leader and colleagues to create a warm, safe and inclusive environment, respond to student needs, arrange viewings and help drive bookings while living our CARE values: Connect, Act, Respect, Encourage.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience, ideally in hospitality or retail
• Warm, caring and approachable with strong communication
• Good time management and organisational skills
• Ability to connect with people and create a welcoming atmosphere
• Experience in customer service or residential environment preferred but not essential

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly front-of-house reception and build rapport with students
• Respond to student feedback and guide to the right support
• Support sales through viewings and enquiries and attend university/housing events
• Help deliver community events with Resident Ambassadors
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-kept environment and coordinate handovers with day/night teams
• Support wellbeing matters and act quickly to resolve issues
• Be a brand ambassador, living CARE: Connect, Act, Respect, Encourage
