Unite Group, operating Unite Students in Glasgow, seeks a Student Experience Team Member to welcome residents at reception, resolve issues quickly, and help shape a warm, inclusive community. You’ll collaborate with teams to drive bookings, organise events, and ensure residents feel at home.

The role focuses on delivering friendly service, safety, and vibrant community experiences, backed by a strong benefits package and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills to welcome students
• Experience in hospitality or retail helps create positive experiences
• Clear communication with students and colleagues
• Effective time management to handle multiple tasks
• Approachable and friendly attitude to support residents

Responsibilities

• Provide a friendly front of house reception and build rapport with students
• Respond promptly to student feedback and direct to appropriate support
• Assist sales through property viewings and enquiries
• Support community events with Resident Ambassadors
• Maintain a safe, clean environment for residents
• Coordinate with day and night teams for seamless handovers
• Support wellbeing and welfare matters when needed
