Job summary

Unite Group is seeking a Student Experience Team Member for Unite Students in London. You will welcome students at reception, address inquiries, and help build a safe, vibrant community across the residential environment.

Working 38 hours over 4 days per week, you will partner with operations teams to resolve issues, host flat viewings, and support wellbeing. A customer-focused, friendly approach is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably hospitality or retail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly manner.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time across multiple responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Front of house reception with students, building rapport.
• Respond to student feedback and guide to appropriate support.
• Support sales through viewings, enquiries, and university events.
• Organise community events with Resident Ambassadors.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment for residents.
• Coordinate with day and night teams for smooth handovers and service.
