Job summary

Unite Students, part of Unite Group, is seeking a Student Experience Team Member in Loughborough. You will greet students at reception, resolve issues quickly, lead flat viewings and help organise vibrant community events, ensuring a warm, safe place they’re proud to call home.

Working 22.5 hours per week (Friday–Monday, 7am–10pm) in a permanent role, you’ll collaborate with teams to deliver excellent student experiences and drive bookings while upholding CARE values.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or retail to create welcoming student experiences.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable time management and ability to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-of-house reception, build rapport with students.
• Address student feedback and guide to support services.
• Support sales through viewings, inquiries, and events.
• Help deliver community events with Resident Ambassadors.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment for residents.
