Job summary

Unite Group’s Hello Student brand is seeking a Student Experience Team Member to greet residents, support bookings and help organise community events. This full-time role is 37.5 hours per week, with 7-day rota weekends and a base salary of £26,500 plus bonus and benefits.

You will work closely with your Student Experience Team Leader, housekeeping, facilities and Resident Ambassadors to create a warm, safe environment where students feel valued and at home.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills, ideally with a hospitality or retail background.
• Warm, caring, approachable with confident communication.
• Strong time management and organisational abilities.
• Ability to connect with people and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Willingness to work weekends on a rota basis.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly front of house reception and build rapport with students.
• Respond to student feedback and guide to the right support.
• Support sales via viewings, inquiries, and university events.
• Help deliver community events with Resident Ambassadors.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and assist with handovers.
• Work with day and night teams to ensure seamless service.
