Job summary

Unite Group is recruiting for a Student Experience Team Member for Unite Students. You will welcome students at reception, resolve issues quickly, lead flat viewings and help organise community events to make students feel at home.

You’ll work closely with the Student Experience Team Leader, housekeeping, facilities and Resident Ambassadors to deliver a warm, safe, and inclusive living environment where students feel supported and valued.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills to create positive student experiences.
• Warm, caring and approachable communication with students.
• Strong time management and organisational abilities for multiple tasks.
• Experience in customer service or residential environments preferred.
• Ability to connect with people and create a welcoming, safe atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly front-of-house reception and build rapport with students.
• Respond quickly to student feedback and guide them to the right support.
• Support sales through viewings, inquiries and housing events.
• Deliver community-building events with Resident Ambassadors.
• Maintain a safe, clean and well-kept environment for residents.
• Coordinate with day and night teams for seamless service and handovers.
• Support wellbeing or welfare matters and take action when needed.
• Be a brand ambassador living CARE: Connect, Act, Respect, Encourage.
