Unite Group is seeking a Student Experience Team Member in Lancaster to welcome students, resolve issues, and help drive bookings. You will collaborate with fellow teams, support events, and foster a safe, inclusive environment that makes students feel valued.

The role focuses on front-of-house service, responsive support, and contributing to a vibrant community, with a 37.5-hour workweek and weekend rota expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
• Able to deliver friendly, welcoming service to students.
• Good time-management and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly front of house reception and build rapport with students.
• Respond quickly to feedback and guide students to the right support.
• Support viewings and enquiries to assist bookings.
• Help deliver community-building events with Resident Ambassadors.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment students can call home.
• Coordinate handovers with day and night teams.
• Support wellbeing matters and act to help when needed.
• Be a brand ambassador and live CARE principles.
