Job summary

Unite Students is seeking a Student Experience Team Member in Manchester to be the welcoming face for residents. You’ll handle reception, support wellbeing, assist with flat viewings and help organise vibrant community events, connecting with students daily to drive bookings.

Part-time role (15 hours/week) with weekends required; salary £10,600 plus bonus and benefits. You’ll work with a friendly team to create a home-like environment where students feel supported and valued.

Qualifications

• Provide friendly front of house reception and build rapport with students.
• Respond quickly to student feedback and guide to support.
• Support sales through viewings, enquiries and events.
• Create welcoming atmosphere and connect with residents daily.

Responsibilities

• Provide a friendly front of house reception and build rapport with students.
• Respond quickly to student feedback and guide to the right support when needed.
• Support sales efforts through viewings, answering enquiries, and attending university and housing events.
• Help deliver community-building events with Resident Ambassadors.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-kept environment that residents can be proud to call home.
• Work with day and night teams for seamless service and handovers.
• Support wellbeing or welfare matters and take action when something isn’t right.
