Job summary

Unite Group, through Unite Students, is seeking a friendly Student Experience Team Member to welcome residents and create a home-like atmosphere. You`ll handle reception duties, resolve issues quickly, and help run events that foster a vibrant student community.

We value warmth, reliability and a can-do attitude. The role involves 37.5 hours weekly, weekends on a rota, and a supportive benefits package including allowances and staff initiatives.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills, ideally with hospitality/retail background.
• Warm, caring and approachable, confident in communicating with students.
• Strong time management and organisational skills to handle multiple tasks.
• Take pride in doing what`s right and helping others.

Responsibilities

• Provide a friendly front of house reception and build rapport with students.
• Respond quickly to feedback and guide students to the right support.
• Support sales through property viewings, enquiries and events.
• Help deliver community-building events with Resident Ambassadors.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment for residents to call home.
• Coordinate with day and night teams for seamless service and smooth handovers.
• Support wellbeing/welfare matters and take action when needed.
• Be a brand ambassador and live our CARE principles: Connect, Act, Respect, Encourage.
