Job summary

Unite Group is hiring a Student Experience Team Member for our Unite Students brand in Birmingham. You will welcome students, support daily operations, and help deliver events while coordinating with campus teams to create a home-like environment.

Working 37.5 hours weekly across 7 days, you’ll respond to student needs, assist with bookings, and contribute to a warm, inclusive community at reception and living spaces.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly, welcoming service.
• Strong communication with students and teams.
• Ability to manage time and multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly front-of-house reception and build rapport with students.
• Respond quickly to student feedback and guide to support.
• Support sales through viewings, inquiries, and events.
• Help deliver community events with Resident Ambassadors.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment for residents.
