Job summary

Unite Group, operating Unite Students, is seeking a Student Experience Team Member in the Leicester area. You will welcome students, resolve issues, run flat viewings and help organise vibrant community events. This role forms part of a friendly team ensuring a warm, safe environment for residents.

The role reports to the Student Experience Team Leader and involves 37.5 hours per week, five days from seven, with weekend rota duties. A customer-focused mindset and proactive attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate excellent customer service to create welcoming experiences for students.
• Experience in hospitality or retail is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for front-of-house interactions.
• Able to manage time and multi-task across reception, events and admin tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly front-of-house reception and build rapport with students.
• Respond to student feedback and guide to appropriate support.
• Support sales through property viewings and enquiries.
• Help deliver community events with Resident Ambassadors.
• Maintain a safe, clean living environment and handover with day/night teams.
• Assist with wellbeing/welfare issues and take action when needed.
• Act as a brand ambassador aligned with CARE principles.
