Unite Group is seeking a Student Experience Team Member in Edinburgh to help create a welcoming, safe and engaging environment for residents and visitors. You will respond to enquiries, assist with check-ins/check-outs, and support events, contributing to a vibrant student community.

The role focuses on face-to-face service, problem solving, and teamwork in a busy residential setting, with responsibility for safety, maintenance coordination and high standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail or residential environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, face-to-face customer service to residents and visitors, responding to enquiries and resolving issues.
• Support the full resident journey, including check-ins, check-outs and day-to-day resident support.
• Deliver property viewings and support bookings, helping drive occupancy and retention.
• Support resident engagement activities, helping create a welcoming and vibrant community.
• Respond to maintenance issues, making safe where required and raising requests for resolution.
• Carry out building checks and support safety procedures, ensuring the property remains safe and compliant.
• Support emergency response procedures when required.
• Maintain high property standards, ensuring communal areas are clean, safe and well presented.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Record enquiries, cases and operational issues accurately within internal systems.
