Job summary

Unite Group, which runs Unite Students and Hello Student, is seeking a Student Experience Team Member in Bath. You will help create a warm, safe and inclusive environment for residents, working closely with the Student Experience Team Leader, housekeeping, facilities and Resident Ambassadors.

Working 37.5 hours per week, 5 days out of 7, between 7am and 10pm with weekend rota shifts, you’ll welcome students, assist with day-to-day operations, and contribute to a positive everyday experience.

• Deliver a warm, safe and inclusive environment where students feel supported and valued.
• Work closely with Student Experience Team Leader, peers, housekeeping, facilities and Resident Ambassadors.
