Job Overview

Internal promotion within the Student & Apprentice Services team – a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual is needed.

Key Responsibilities

Providing excellent services to a broad range of customers, primarily dealing with course enquiries, applications and administering the college’s student bursary support fund.

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience within an educational/training setting (essential)
• Proven delivery of highly effective customer service to diverse client groups
• Excellent administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines
• High competence in IT systems and Microsoft Office packages
• Ability to understand, analyse and utilise key data from multiple sources to inform profiling, recruitment and onboarding activities

(30 or 37 hours per week / 52 weeks per year)
