Job summary

Online Education Services (OES) in Birmingham is seeking a Student Recruitment Advisor to join our team in the city centre. You will act as the first point of contact for prospective students, guiding them from initial enquiry to enrolment, handling domestic and international leads with energy and purpose.

You will manage a pipeline, provide information on courses, fees, funding and opportunities, and maintain accurate records in Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Proven experience meeting/exceeding KPIs in a sales role.
• 1+ year in consultative sales guiding students.
• Ability to build trusting relationships with prospective students.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong time management and CRM administration.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed enrolment targets and KPIs.
• Guide prospective students with information on courses, fees, and funding.
• Assess eligibility and escalate complex cases.
• Maintain Salesforce CRM records and pipeline reports.
• Collaborate with Marketing to promote programmes and evaluate ROI.
• Coordinate recruitment events, webinars, and demonstrations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
