Online Education Services (OES) is seeking a Junior Student Recruitment Support role focused on the initial stages of the candidate journey. You will engage new enquiries by phone, email, and SMS, conduct quick qualification checks, and determine readiness to progress to a Student Recruitment Advisor.

The role emphasises strong communication and proactive qualification to support Advisors. Based in the Birmingham area, you will help ensure Advisors spend time with engaged prospects, while

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing, telephone-based role.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to manage high volume of enquiries with clear CRM notes and handovers.

Responsibilities

• Engage new prospective students via telephone, email and SMS.
• Conduct initial conversations to understand interest and intent.
• Perform qualification checks against programme criteria.
• Identify barriers or risks affecting progression.
• Progress suitably qualified leads to Student Recruitment Advisors.
• Provide handover information to Advisors with motivations, questions and risks.
• Provide accurate high-level programme information and set next steps.
• Maintain thorough records in Salesforce CRM.
• Handle high activity levels while maintaining responsiveness and student experience.
• Collaborate with Advisors to improve lead qualification and handovers.
• Share insights from conversations to support team targets.
