Responsibilities

• Engage new prospective students by phone, email and SMS.
• Conduct initial conversations to understand interest and goals.
• Perform initial qualification checks against programme criteria.
• Identify barriers or risks affecting progression.
• Progress engaged, qualified prospects to Student Recruitment Advisors.
• Provide clear handover information on motivations and questions.
