Job summary

Online Education Services (OES) is a purpose-driven organisation delivering quality online education through global university partners. We are expanding our Student Recruitment team in the UK, focusing on initial outreach to prospective students and swift qualification for the next steps.

You will engage new inquiries by phone, email and SMS, capture motivations and study goals, and qualify suitability before passing qualified leads to a Student Recruitment Advisor.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing, telephone-based roles.
• Ability to conduct initial conversations and qualify interest.
• Strong written communication via email and SMS.
• Skilled at asking discovery questions to identify needs.
• Accurate and timely CRM record-keeping.
• Collaborates well with recruitment advisors.

Responsibilities

• Engage new prospective students by phone, email and SMS with a timely, professional first interaction.
• Carry out structured conversations to understand interest, motivation and goals.
• Complete initial qualification checks against programme criteria.
• Ask discovery questions to identify barriers or risks affecting progression.
• Progress engaged, qualified prospects to Student Recruitment Advisors.
• Provide clear handover information for next steps.
• Share high-level programme information and set expectations for the next stage.
• Maintain accurate notes in Salesforce CRM and document outcomes.
• Handle high enquiry volumes while upholding responsiveness and quality.
• Support team with feedback and ideas to improve qualification and handovers.
