Job summary

Online Education Services (OES) is a global education provider with a Birmingham City Centre base. We seek a motivated Student Recruitment Advisor to handle inbound and outbound student enquiries, guide applicants through the enrolment journey, and maintain accurate records in Salesforce.

You will nurture relationships with domestic and international prospects, aiming to meet enrolment KPIs while collaborating with Marketing and university partners. A fast-paced, target-driven environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Demonstrated experience in consultative sales (minimum 1 year).
• Ability to build meaningful relationships with prospective students.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed enrolment targets and KPIs.
• Provide clear information on courses, fees, and funding.
• Assess applicant eligibility and escalate complex cases.
• Maintain accurate student records in Salesforce and report on pipelines.
• Collaborate with Marketing to promote programmes and evaluate campaigns.
• Coordinate recruitment events, webinars, and course demonstrations.
• Support continuous improvement within the department.
