Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 3 Therapy Support Worker or Band 4 Technician to join our Community Stroke and Neurological Rehabilitation Team. You will support therapists in delivering rehabilitation in homes, community clinics and local settings.

The role offers a structured development pathway, regular supervision and opportunities to build specialist stroke and neurological rehabilitation skills with a flexible, person-centred approach.

Qualificações

• Experience in health, social care or rehabilitation setting.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Commitment to person-centred care.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out skilled interventions as delegated by senior Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists.
• Assist patients to develop mobility, transfers and activities of daily living.
• Monitor patient responses and report outcomes to therapists.
• Encourage active patient and carer participation in rehabilitation.
• Support safe ongoing rehabilitation in patients' homes and community settings.
