Job summary

Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is hiring a Generic Rehabilitation Technician (Band 4) to work across the Integrated Community Stroke Service. Qualifications

• NVQ Level III or BTEC National Diploma or equivalent in relevant area, such as sports science/health-related degree
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Completion of Stroke Competencies

Responsibilities

• Visiting patients at home to provide rehabilitation and therapy as directed by therapists.
• Travel across the county to various locations, including areas not easily accessible by public transport.
• Manage own caseload and adapt treatment plans within protocols and scope of practice.
• Participate in inter-professional evaluation of rehabilitation programmes to meet patient needs.
