Job summary

FitPoint Talent is seeking a visionary Strategy & Execution Director to join a mission-driven home care organisation in the UK. You will partner with the Home care team to develop strategy, drive growth, and embed robust operating rhythms across UK functions.

The role requires senior leadership experience, stakeholder management, and an ability to translate data into actionable business insights in fast-paced, multi-cultural environments. Travel is expected regularly.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Significant leadership experience in home care, healthcare, or related sector.
Senior executive experience in multi-site or multi-BU head-office teams; entrepreneurial environments.
Strong track record in sales and operational management.
Excellent strategic, operational, and financial acumen with data-driven insights.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and scale programs across the organization.
Identify opportunities to refine processes and boost team effectiveness.
Partner with HQ Planning and Sales Operations to run joint reviews and planning.
