Job summary

FitPoint Talent seeks a visionary Strategy & Execution Director to lead and shape the UK Home Care strategy, partnering with the home care team to develop our roadmap and drive key business reviews and planning rhythms.

With 10+ years in senior leadership across home care, professional services, consulting, or related operations, you will execute growth initiatives, advise executives, and manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment. Regular travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Significant leadership experience in home care, healthcare, or related sector.
• Experience as a senior executive in multi-site/head-office environments; entrepreneurial settings.
• Strong track record in sales and operational management.
• Excellent strategic, operational, and financial acumen with data insights.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to lead complex operations and growth initiatives.
• Comfortable navigating change in fast-paced, multi-cultural environments.
• Willingness to travel regularly.
• Experience working with executives in an advisor role and managing teams.
• Ability to analyse complex data and derive insights.
• Effective time-management and prioritisation skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
