A PE-backed market leader in the business services sector is seeking a Strategy Analyst to join the team for an initial two-month period. You will work closely with the Chief of Staff to the CFO to support strategic initiatives focused on commercial growth, process improvement and transformation. The objective of the project is to deliver high-quality analysis and insights that inform leadership decisions during a critical transition period.

Responsibilities
  • Build detailed financial models and support analytical workstreams
  • Develop board and regional review presentations with clear storytelling
  • Drive strategic initiatives focused on growth, commercial performance and transformation
  • Collaborate across teams to support PMO and process improvement projects
  • Provide insights for leadership and contribute to strategic decision-making
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience from a consulting firm
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel modelling capability
  • Background in finance, banking or due diligence
  • Experience in private equity and/or transformation projects preferred
  • Ability to create compelling narratives and presentations for senior stakeholders
  • Comfortable working in a low-margin, business services environment
  • Public sector experience advantageous
  • Self-starter who can own initiatives and work collaboratively across teams
