Job summary

ARIS is seeking an Executive Value Advisor (EVA) to join its UK team, leading strategic advisory across complex global enterprise accounts. You will translate business priorities into governed process outcomes and help customers mature from foundation to transform maturity stages, driving measurable value with Agentic AI.

Reporting to the VP of Customer Value, you will engage C-suite leaders, develop ROI-driven business cases, and steer value realization through executive reviews, adoption

Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise software pre-sales, solution consulting, or value engineering at a vendor or top-tier consultancy.
• Ability to connect transformation initiatives to measurable financial/operational outcomes.
• Experience defining operating models / CoE structures for scalable adoption and governance.
• Fluent in English and comfortable engaging executive-level stakeholders across business and IT.

Responsibilities

• Lead value-led advisory engagements translating customer strategy into measurable success plans and KPIs.
• Build trusted executive relationships and run Executive Business Reviews and Value Reviews.
• Guide customers from adoption to AI-ready scale and articulate ROI through value storytelling.
• Develop executive-ready business cases to secure funding and buy-in.
• Link usage/adoption data to business outcomes for executive audiences.
• Represent ARIS as a thought leader in Process Intelligence and agentic AI.
