Job summary

ARIS is seeking an Executive Value Advisor (EVA) to join the UK team and lead strategic advisory across global enterprise accounts. You will translate business priorities into governed process outcomes, helping organizations mature from foundation to transform maturity stages while delivering measurable value through Agentic AI.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise software pre-sales, solution consulting, or value engineering / customer success at a vendor or consultancy.
• Ability to connect transformation initiatives to measurable financial/operational outcomes.
• Experience defining operating models / CoE structures for scalable adoption and governance.
• Experience building and presenting value propositions and business cases.
• Comfort engaging executive-level stakeholders across business and IT.
• Familiarity with ERP, CRM, HCM systems and cross-system processes.
• Understanding of how AI/agentic AI reshapes process landscapes and operating models.
• Bridge business architecture with solution capabilities.
• Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills; simplify complex topics.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration (sales, product, marketing).
• Fluent English; Bachelor's degree and equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead value-led advisory engagements with measurable success plans and KPIs.
• Build trusted advisor relationships at senior/executive levels; run EBRs & Value Reviews.
• Guide customers through the value journey from adoption to AI-ready scale.
• Define, validate, and communicate ROI via value hypotheses and economic storytelling.
• Create executive-ready business cases to secure funding and buy-in.
• Connect usage data to business outcomes for executive audiences.
• Develop deep understanding of customer priorities to position ARIS capabilities.
• Run strategic initiative prioritization and end-to-end process-outcome mapping.
• Deliver Product Roadmap Briefings and Agentic AI use-case mapping.
• Engage C-suite to influence decisions and secure commitment.
• Provide structured executive briefings on readiness and strategy.
• Act as internal voice of the customer across product/delivery/commercial.
• Represent ARIS as a thought leader in Process Intelligence.
• Coach/mentor customer teams; build internal Process Intelligence champions.
• Guide customers on governance and accountability frameworks.
• Assess change-readiness and design enablement roadmaps with CSM.
• Capture and communicate value realization evidence for continued investment.
