Job summary

ARIS is seeking an Executive Value Advisor (EVA) to join our UK team. You will lead strategic advisory across large global accounts, translating business priorities into governed process outcomes and driving measurable value through ARIS's Agentic AI platform.

Reporting to the VP of Customer Value, you will secure executive buy-in, define ROI, and shape the value journey from adoption to scale, while coaching teams and aligning cross‑functional stakeholders to strategy and governance.

Qualifications

7+ years in enterprise software pre-sales, solution consulting, or value engineering.
Ability to connect transformation initiatives to measurable outcomes.
Experience defining operating models / CoE structures for scalable adoption and governance.
Experience building and presenting value propositions and business cases.
Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

Lead value-led advisory engagements translating customer strategy into measurable success plans.
Build trusted adviser relationships at senior/executive level; run Executive Business Reviews.
Define, validate, and communicate ROI through value hypotheses and economic storytelling.
Build executive-ready business cases that secure funding and buy-in.
Connect usage/adoption data to business outcomes for exec audiences.
Guide customers on process governance and enablement roadmaps with the CSM.
