Job summary

Places Leisure, part of Places for People, is hiring a Head of Business Change & Transformation to lead the long-term transformation across Commercial Operations, shaping strategy for process improvement, data, reporting, digital tools and new ways of working.

You'll work with technology teams, central support, regional directors and leisure centre operations to review end-to-end processes, reduce duplication and ensure systems and dashboards meet operational needs; own the transformation

Qualifications

• Experience leading business change or transformation in a complex multi-site organisation.
• Evidence of using Lean or Six Sigma to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Experience developing data, reporting or BI roadmaps, including data definitions and governance.
• Experience partnering with technology teams to define business requirements and system roadmaps.
• Experience connecting processes, systems, data and colleague or customer experience to measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead long-term transformation across Commercial Operations.
• Review end-to-end processes, simplify ways of working and identify opportunities to reduce duplication.
• Set standards and governance for operating procedures and ensure new systems meet operational needs.
• Own the transformation roadmap and shape the future operating model with measurable benefits.
• Coordinate with central support, regional directors and site operations; plan for readiness, comms and training.
