Job summary

Places Leisure, part of Places for People, is seeking a Head of Business Change & Transformation to shape the long-term transformation across Commercial Operations. You will create a clear strategy for process improvement, data, reporting, digital tools and future ways of working.

Working with technology teams, regional directors and centre operations, you will review end-to-end processes, set governance, own the transformation roadmap and ensure programmes deliver measurable outcomes while

Qualifications

Experience leading business change, transformation or operating model development in a multi-site organisation.
Evidence of using process improvement tools like Lean or Six Sigma to boost efficiency.
Experience owning data, reporting or BI roadmaps and governance.
Experience partnering with technology teams to define requirements and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

Lead long-term transformation across Commercial Operations with a clear strategy for process improvement, data, reporting and digital tools.
Review end-to-end processes, simplify ways of working and reduce duplication and manual activity.
Own the transformation roadmap and ensure programmes deliver measurable business outcomes with readiness and adoption plans.
