Places Leisure, part of Places for People, seeks a Head of Business Change & Transformation to drive the long-term transformation agenda across Commercial Operations. You will shape process improvements, data, reporting, digital tools and future ways of working, collaborating with technology teams, regional directors and leisure centre operations.

You will own the transformation roadmap, prioritise programmes around measurable business outcomes and ensure readiness, training and adoption across

Qualifikationen

Desirable criteria: experience in leisure, retail or hospitality backgrounds.
Experience leading transformation, continuous improvement or operating model development.

Aufgaben

Lead long-term transformation across Commercial Operations.
Review end-to-end processes and identify opportunities to simplify work.
Set standards and governance for operating procedures; align systems and dashboards to needs.
Own the transformation roadmap and shape the future operating model.
Coordinate with technology, central support, regional directors and site ops.
