Job summary

Places Leisure, part of Places for People, is seeking a Head of Business Change & Transformation to lead the long-term transformation across Commercial Operations. You will create a clear strategy for process improvement, data and digital tooling, and future ways of working to drive measurable outcomes.

Working with technology teams, central support, regional directors and site operations, you will own the transformation roadmap, set governance, and ensure new systems and dashboards are designed

Qualifications

• Experience of leading business change, transformation or operating model development within a complex, multi-site organisation.
• Evidence of using process improvement tools (e.g., Lean/Six Sigma) to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Experience owning or developing data, reporting or BI roadmaps, including data definitions and governance.
• Experience partnering with technology teams to define business requirements and shape system roadmaps.
• Experience developing transformation roadmaps that connect processes, systems, data and colleague or customer experience to measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Turn complex operational challenges into clear, practical plans across a multi-site organisation.
• Lead end-to-end transformation programmes with governance and stakeholder engagement.
• Collaborate with technology and central support functions to design fit-for-purpose dashboards and tools.
• Manage adoption, readiness and communication plans to ensure successful implementation.
