Job summary

Places Leisure, part of Places for People, is creating a Head of Business Change & Transformation to lead the long-term transformation across Commercial Operations, shaping a clear strategy for process improvement, data, reporting, digital tools and future ways of working.

Working with technology teams, regional directors and leisure centre operations, you will review end-to-end processes, set standards, own the transformation roadmap and ensure programmes deliver measurable business outcomes

Qualifications

• Experience leading business change, transformation or operating model development in complex, multi-site organisations.
• Evidence of using process improvement tools to boost efficiency and cut waste.
• Experience owning data, reporting or BI roadmaps, including data definitions and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead long-term transformation across Commercial Operations and define the strategy for processes, data, reporting and digital tools.
• Review end-to-end processes with technology teams and ensure transformation aligns with business outcomes.
• Own the transformation roadmap and ensure programmes have plans for operational readiness, training and adoption.
