You will create a clear strategy for process improvement, data, reporting, digital tools and new ways of working that unlock measurable value.

Qualifications

Experience leading business change, transformation or operating model development in complex organisations.
Evidence of using lean or Six Sigma to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
Experience owning data, reporting or BI roadmaps, with governance practices.

Responsibilities

Lead the long-term transformation agenda across Commercial Operations.
Define strategy for process improvement, data, reporting and digital tools.
