Publicis Groupe's Influential UK is seeking a Social & Influencer Strategy Director to shape creator-led strategy for a major beauty and health client. You’ll unite social, creator, earned and paid activity to build brand relevance and drive growth across a portfolio of brands.

Working within Influential UK and the Publicis Groupe network, you’ll translate cultural insights into clear strategies that teams can activate across markets, delivering ambitious, effective work for world‑renowned

Formación

• Strong experience developing social, influencer, creator or content strategy within an agency, platform or brand environment.
• Experience with beauty, personal care, wellbeing, health or related consumer lifestyle categories.
• Ability to translate complex information and varied data into insight-led strategic recommendations.
• Confidence building trusted client relationships and presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Collaborative approach to supporting colleagues and elevating strategic thinking and presentation craft.

Responsabilidades

• Lead integrated social and influencer strategies, from annual planning to activation principles.
• Turn client challenges and objectives into focused strategic briefs and creative territories.
• Identify opportunities through audience, culture, category and platform insights.
• Define how creators support the full customer journey across awareness to retention.
• Guide senior client conversations and workshops with clear, persuasive thinking.
• Shape always-on creator models and ambassador programmes across multiple brands.
• Collaborate with creative, analytics and activation teams to improve creator selection and reporting.
