You’ll lead integrated social and influencer strategies across Nestlé brands, partnering with strategy, creative, activation and media experts to drive measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading social and influencer strategy for complex, multi-channel campaigns and high-profile brands.
• Ability to translate data, insights and cultural trends into strategic recommendations and compelling narratives.
• Experience building and managing senior client relationships with confidence and collaboration.
• Commercial awareness with experience overseeing programme delivery, budgets, scopes and resourcing.
• Deep understanding of social platforms, creator ecosystems and paid/owned/earned media within integrated campaigns.
• People-focused leadership, coaching and development of others.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic direction for integrated social and influencer programmes across key client accounts, ensuring work delivers against brand and business objectives.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, providing strategic counsel and guiding insight-led decisions.
• Develop culturally relevant strategies informed by audience behaviour, creator trends, social listening and performance data.
• Partner with creative, activation, social and media teams to create connected campaigns for engagement and effectiveness.
• Define measurement frameworks and evaluate performance against objectives, identifying opportunities for optimisation and growth.
• Support new business opportunities and organic account growth with compelling strategic responses.
• Mentor and develop a growing team of strategists, fostering collaboration and continuous learning.
