Job summary

National Highways is recruiting a Lead Service Delivery Manager for Workplace Services within the Service Operations Division. You will lead integrated service operations, drive continual improvements and align services with business needs and risk appetite.

The role is hybrid with two days in the office and travel to Birmingham or Leeds as required. You will develop strategic plans, MI, and engagement with senior stakeholders and suppliers to deliver value for money.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and people management experience.
• Experience leading operational service delivery in a mature ITIL-aligned organisation.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage budgets and risk.
• Excellent analytical, communication and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integrated service operations within Workplace Services and drive continual improvement.
• Develop and communicate strategic plans, management information and service insights for decision making.
• Oversee supplier management, performance, contract health, risk and value for money.
• Deputise for the Head of Service (Workplace Services) as required.
