Job summary

National Highways is seeking a Lead Service Delivery Manager within the Workplace Services team to drive the integrated operations and continual improvement of digital workplace services.

You will lead senior stakeholder engagement, manage supplier performance and service risk, and shape the service strategy across multiple offices, with a hybrid pattern requiring two days in the office.

Qualifications

• Experience leading operational service delivery in ITIL-aligned organisations.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and suppliers.
• Strong financial and risk management experience.
• Excellent analytical, communication and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated service operations and ongoing improvement across Workplace Services.
• Manage supplier performance, contracts, risk and commercial objectives.
• Develop strategic plans and management information to guide decisions.
• Deputise for the Head of Service and oversee Service Delivery Managers.
