Job summary

National Highways is seeking a Lead Service Delivery Manager within the Workplace Services team to lead integrated service operations and continual improvement across Digital Workplace Services and related lines. You will partner with senior stakeholders, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure services meet business needs, deliver value for money and support strategic objectives.

Hybrid role with two office days weekly; travel to Birmingham, Leeds and other offices as required; deputise for the

Qualifications

• Strong experience leading operational service delivery in an ITIL-aligned organisation.
• Ability to influence and build relationships with senior stakeholders, suppliers and partners.
• Strong commercial, financial and risk management experience.
• Excellent analytical, communication and strategic planning skills.
• Demonstrates leadership, people management and mentoring abilities.
• ITIL 4 Foundation or equivalent experience in a mature ITIL-aligned environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integrated service operations and continual improvement of services within Workplace Services.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with senior stakeholders and suppliers.
• Lead supplier management activities to deliver value for money and contract health.
• Develop strategic plans, management information and service insights for decision-making.
• Manage service risks, performance, availability, capacity and quality, driving improvements.
