Job summary

National Highways is seeking a Lead Service Delivery Manager within the Workplace Services team to lead the integrated service operations and continual improvement of digital workplace services across multiple business and technical streams.

You will build strategic relationships with senior stakeholders and suppliers, drive service strategy, ensure value for money, manage risks and performance, and deputise for the Head of Service as required.

Qualifications

• Strong experience leading operational service delivery within a mature ITIL-aligned organisation.
• Ability to drive continual improvement and deliver against strategic and operational objectives.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, suppliers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integrated service operations and continual improvement of Workplace Services.
• Build strategic relationships with senior stakeholders and suppliers to support delivery and change.
• Lead supplier management ensuring performance, contract health and value for money.
• Develop and communicate strategic plans, management information and service insights.
• Manage service risks, availability, capacity and quality, and drive improvements.
• As Lead Service Delivery Manager, deputise for the Head of Service as required.
