Job summary

National Highways is seeking a Lead Service Delivery Manager in Workplace Services to drive the integrated operations and continual improvement of digital workplace services. You will lead senior stakeholders and suppliers, ensuring value for money and alignment with business objectives.

The role requires leadership, ITIL expertise and the ability to influence across diverse teams, with hybrid working and occasional travel to Birmingham, Leeds and other offices.

Qualifications

• Strong experience leading operational service delivery within a mature ITIL-aligned organisation.
• Proven ability to influence and build effective relationships with senior stakeholders, suppliers and partners.
• Strong commercial, financial and risk management experience with the ability to manage budgets and identify efficiencies.
• Excellent analytical, communication and strategic planning skills for complex decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integrated service operations and continual improvement of Workplace Services.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with senior stakeholders, suppliers and partners.
• Oversee supplier management activities to ensure performance, service quality and value for money.
• Develop strategic plans, management information and service insights for decision-making.
• Manage service risks, performance, availability, capacity and quality.
• Deputise for the Head of Service (Workplace Services) as required.
