Job summary

National Highways is recruiting a Lead Service Delivery Manager for Workplace Services within the Service Operations Division. You will lead integrated service operations, drive continual improvement and partner with senior stakeholders to ensure services meet business needs and deliver value for money.

The role is hybrid (two days in the office) with travel to Birmingham, Leeds or other National Highways offices as needed; you will deputise for the Head of Service (Workplace Services) when

Qualifications

Strong experience leading operational service delivery within a mature ITIL-aligned organisation.
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage supplier relationships.
Proven financial oversight, budgeting and value-for-money delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead the integrated service operations and continual improvement of Workplace Services.
Build strategic relationships with senior stakeholders, suppliers and partners.
Oversee supplier performance, risk and contract health to deliver value for money.
Develop plans, information and insights to support decisions and improvements.
Manage service risks, performance, availability, capacity and quality.
Deputise for the Head of Service (Workplace Services) when required.
