Job summary

FICO is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive pipeline for enterprise software solutions in the UK. You will prospect across channels, build relationships with decision-makers, and collaborate with account managers to create a high-quality pipeline.

You'll use Salesforce and AI-assisted tools to sharpen messaging, qualify opportunities, and meet monthly and quarterly quotas in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Sales Development or Inside Sales in a tech environment.
• Experience selling into enterprise software or complex organizations.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and prospecting platforms; ability to learn AI-enabled tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a high-quality pipeline across target accounts.
• Prospect via cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and other channels; nurture opportunities.
• Collaborate with KAMs and cross-functional teams to create account-based outreach.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and hit monthly/quarterly targets.
